Am trying to contact yamaha in australia to see if they will ship a part over to me, but cant find an email! can someone help.
CMC cant give me an answer if they can ship parts over or not which is weird as they must get them from Japan!

According to the Yamaha Australia site they won't sell you parts direct. You'd need to go through a dealer in Australia.

Can't you go to another UK Yamaha dealer? Or speak to Yamaha UK direct if you don't get any joy:
