 |

It hasn't been used for over a week, I go out, pull the choke on and nothing....
Eased the choke off so not to flood it and still nothing.....
It almost started a couple of times, it backfired once (never done that before) and now the battery is flagging...
It's got petrol in it, not loads but enough...
Is there something that might be going on or do I just need to get a battery charger and give it some welly?
Please help!
Many thanks

Personally I'd give bump starting it a go. My XJ gave me a lot of trouble starting when I left it for about a week.
I left it for an hour, took the car for my journey , came back and she fired into life.
