I really don't want to buy a new tyre as these things cost a fortune (money I don't have). It's a very very slow puncture, takes about 2 weeks sometimes 3 to go flat enough for me to have to go pump it up.
How do I go about finding where the puncture is on the wheel and how do I fix it once i've found it without buying a new tyre?
It doesn't have an inner tube so I can't do the bucket of water and look for air bubbles trick like on pedal bikes.
If I have too i'll just buy an inner tube even though it's not designed to have an inner tube in it and fit that before buying a new tyre. ____________________ -=[Sam/b]=- cx500's the only way to travel, we do it in style just like jimmy saville

I bet it isn't a puncture. It would go down a lot more quickly if it was.
I bet it is either the valve core or leaking round a badly seated bead.
Check for a puncture anyway by putting soapy water over the tyre, look for bubbles.
If you find none. Get a new valve core (they'll probably give you one free), remove the old one, pump the tyre up to 70 or 80 psi (with the core out) to seat the beads then let all the air out again. Now fit your new valve core and see how it goes. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen.
