I came across the attached pdf flowchart on another (USA based) site.

Posted on here in case it proves useful for anyone doing a bit of diagnostic work.

Sadly I cannot recall what site I found this on.
I have no problem with this information being propagated.
Note the document does say 'COPYRIGHT © ELECTREX USA LTD 2003'.

I guess if you put it with this copyright notice with the document then it should be okay legally.
That way the company could ask you to remove in the future. However, as it's 2 years old and obviously intended to assist then I doubt this will happen.
