exactly the same sound that i had on mine a few weeks ago, luckily i had a spare engine, i have not stripped the old one yet, but do yourself a fave and drop the oiland have a look for shiney bits in it, there aint no magic cure you are going to have to look at the oil, it is either piston slap or or small/ big end/crank bearings, yours sounds more like piston slap
