right electric start doesnt work ( nothing appens when i press it)

kick start doesnt work

when it finally does start smoke comes from the cylinder head!

also the brake light is stuck on.


any ideas on how to solve the problems? or any mechanics around leicestershire tht want to earn a bit of money! please please help me out Crying or Very sad ! email me on lil_tugg@hotmail.com if you can as i dont have accsess to the internet for long periods so might not be able to check!
