that trip sounds totally rad! i'm definatly going to be doing a trip like that one day. its good to hear you guys got around safely and had fun.

anybody interested in touring should check out the latest (MAR '06) issue of bike magazine, theres a free mag with it with loads of useful info and places to visit in each continent around the world, also things to avoid...

Leaving for spain in the 13th of may, cant wait. not quite as extreme as your trip but last year managed 2600 miles in the week on the 916 (before the rectifier melted in true ducati style)
Am going to tempt fate by using the 916 again, just sold one of the NC's so its the duke or the RC
