Hi,

A Challenge for you photoshoppers!

Could you knockup an image of what a VFR400 NC30 would look like with the full bodykit below on, but with the original seat (inc pillion seat)

Bodykit: https://www.tyga-performance.com/NC30RC211Vstyle/pictures.php

Example image of a standard NC30: https://www.bernies.co.uk/images/2511.nc30.jpg

Use a different NC30 pic if its better, I just got that from google!

Thanks,
Matt Thumbs Up

Thanks Craig!

Yeah I'm not sure now, I wanted a ZXR400 when I'm 17 (Jan), then saw the Tyga NC30/NC35 kit and thought "Wow! That looks awesome" but then noticed I couldn't carry my girlfriend and friends around on the back of it, so wondered what it looks like with the original seat...

It looks OK, but not that nice, it doesn't really suit. The new seat with the kit looks awesome, but it's a solo. I'm not sure now, I will probably just get a ZXR as my pocket probably wouldnt stretch to A2 test, bike, insurance AND buying and spraying a kit.

Still thanks for the pic mate Thumbs Up

Matt

well, firstly, i thought that you needed 3 years riding experience to carry a passenger but it seems not, and secondly, it just doesnt seem wise as you are still a relatively new biker and stuff but hey, do what ya like.

If it was me, I'd keep it standard. I can't see anything wrong with the original design, it's an absolute classic. (If it ain't broke....) If it's a case of repairing damaged fairings after an off, OE fairings often come in cheaper (after importing the Tyga stuff, having it prepared and then painted), or some good secondhand stuff can be often be found on Ebay.

I personally prefer the NC30 as a bike to the NC35, cosmetically, maybe the RVF has the edge, but I don't think there's a lot in it - being a purist and all.

if you want a newer rear, try asia trading, they do a pointy style rear, with a pillion and not too much change, if any, to the subframe.
