Hi want to do my test went for a ride out and been told that im not doing enough checks turning left and right must have picked up some bad habits etc i've had a 125 for a year now and can't see the point if your coming up to a left turn you get in position to turn letft that you need to look left, signal, gear down, bike upright and cancel signal then life saver surely you can see that nothing is on your left when you first signal thats what caught me out?.

PS never drove a car lol

But, what if there is enough room between yourself and the curb for a car, the car pulls out whilst in your blind spot, and stays in your blind spot.

This car is too close to you, on the inside, and you have to do an emergency stop. The car proceeds to take longer to stop, as cars generally do with cagers at the wheel.

The car as it skids past you takes your leg with it.

See the point now?

Yeah, the instructor told me that when turning left for example indicate get in position, slow down gear down, check left, take the left turn when the bike gets straight again cancel indicater then lifesaver right is that correct?

The problem been i've got into bad habbits now with riding my 125 around i should have just passed my cbt then had lessons and done my test i've got the cd roms from the instructor with the hazzard perception and tried that yesterday and passed that just need to brush up on the theory part
