They're all much of a muchness.
Will all be reliable and be quick enough when de-restricted. They even cost a similar price.
Personally, I'd go for the Derbi GPR as my first choice. I've owned a Derbi Senda (same engine to the GPR) and it served me so well for a long time. Very strong motor which never failed to start and a really good build quality for a 50cc. Having owned that for 14 month, I'd definitely recommend a Derbi. I think the GPR looks really good as well.
If I couldnt have the GPR, I'd go for the RS50. The Minarelli AM6 engine (as used in most modern 50's) is again, very strong. Will pull nicely and the bike looks great too. Not owned the 50 before, but I'm on my second RS125 now, fantastic machine. 
Spares and tuning parts are easy enough to get for both bikes too.
Instead of asking opinions for all the bikes, you want to find which one you prefer of the others, get your budget sorted then find a nice example locally. They'll all do ~50mph de-restricted and will all be as reliable as each other with basic maintenance.

Motorhispania is a cheaply produced tacky piece of shit.
Reiju no longer has an official spares importer as far as I'm aware.
The Honda I've hardly ever seen any 
I'd get a GPR, best looks, handling and brakes. Power is about the same between them all, but what other bikes short of the very latest 600+'s have radial brakes, master cylinders and underseat pipes?

They're neither quiet or loud, just sound like a wasp being strangled. 
Even with the standard exhausts, they make quite a lot of noise as you get them into high revs.

As for the sound, they sound like scramblers, and they are noisier than scooters, not a very manly sound, but if you are keep on the bike you wont care about sound.

They're actually slower than the old model. The old ones run a 17.5mm carb, yet the new one runs either a 12 or 14, cant remember now, so its slightly down on power. Also, the under seat exhaust doesnt improve things as it just takes gasses longer to escape.
They sound nothing like an offroader, just sound like a 50cc 2 stroke, no real way to describe it other than that.
While I was at college, a friend of mine used to ride a MotorHispania Furia 50, the enduro thing and I have to say, the quality was quite bad. The engine is solid and theres no worries with that, but things like the frame and swinger, cheaply made and poorly constructed. The more recent ones are better now they're just a re-badged Peugeot.
Either way, a 50 is a 50. They all sound pretty much the same, go around the same speed, cost the same and a good few of them even look the same. Parts arent too hard to come by for most of the above bikes. Just go for the one you like the look of, doesnt cost too much and is in good condition.
