Hi,
Does anyone have the contact details for Oxford? Phone number would be great.
Reason is I have a full luggage set from Oxford. Got it last year. Now, I've used the tankbag quite a bit, but never really used the tail pack or panniers.
Well, went for a trip up north and had the tank bag and panniers on the bike. 450miles later and the waterproof covers on the panniers have shredded to pieces!!!
Think the clear plastic part of the cover had became brittle over time
Oxford provide a lifetime guarantee, but I can't find any details in order to contact them for replacements!!! (they don't seem to have a website!?)
Anyone got any information?
Cheers,

Make sure they don't blow off in the wind when you get them! Always tuck the elasticated bit at the front so a bit is pinched between the fairing and pannier |
