Ello.

I like to see how much insurance is as i plan far ahead.

My lowest quote on a:

HOME: SE9 - LONDON
AGE:19
VFR
1991
VAL: £1200
TPO
ON DRIVE
SECURED HEAVILY
NO CONVITIONS, NO POINTS ETC.
NO NCB
PART TIME JOB.

Lowest quote: £2400 TPO

The problom is i see 17 yo's on here with insurance for £800 tpft,
What the hell is going on with the insurance & me,

Is it my area, Is it me, What is it.

Anyone got any ''Back alley insurance sites'' I've tried all the links on this site.

Can i check my area code for high risk.

Many Thanks.

Thumbs Up

Last time I saw this it was in this link. Check your postcode for the rating, cheap to expensive.
Quote:
SE London SE
1-2, 4-8, 10-11, 13-19, 21-28 . . . . . . . . . . . F *
3, 9, 12, 20 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . E *
So that's almost the most expensive rating.

Garage may reduce quote, also ask how much Thatcham approved alarm will (although the cost of the alarm may not be offset by the saving - unless you intend to keep the bike 10+ years Very Happy). An advanced riding course pass (IAM or RoADA) may also knock a bit off.

Just a thought, if you're planning ahead, do you currently have the bike? If not then maybe cope with a 125cc commuter for 1 or 2 years to build up some NCB.

Try getting some TPFT quotes. Lot's of companies quoted me more TPO than TPFT. Crazy huh?
