HELP. IGNITION PROBLEM

My honda nsr125 dosent start.
The engine dose turn but the bike dosent start. Also when i press the electric ignition a number of times the engine stops turning and instead i get a flat sound coming from the engine.

The spark coil is working and the spark plug is new. aslo the tank is filled with petrol.

first of all check the kill switch and if your tank tap is in the right position . then check the ignition :
- unscrew the sparkplug , put the plug on the cap and let it lying on the cyl. head , key on and push start . observe if you see sparks on the plug . if not , take a multimeter , and check coil primary and secondary , your mesurments will also check the cap
- see the workshop manual for the values (if you have not it https://www.geneva-racing.com/~alains/NSRmanualDOC.zip )
if your problem is not resolved you will check alternator and impulse coil and at the end change the cdi unit
