what a day.
Just finished the first day of my das. Riding an er-5.
Rode for about 3 hours today around mid sussex. I must admit I didn't know where we were most of the time.
The goal today was to get used to the bike.
I'd have to describe the day as exhilirating, terrifying (a wee bit) and tiring.
We were hoping to try for a test on day three but we both decided that we'll see how tomorrow goes as I am still not that confident on the bike. A bit too tentative I think. Tomorrow we're going to try and nail the slow speed control stuff as I am still very jerky.

Lots of grinning, a few boot fillers.
And I totally get why people ride bigger bikes.
That said I had a blast riding home on my kmx, beaucoup fun.

Time for a few beers to unwind.

Very Happy

Make sure you do a lot of practice around the test route area and if you aren't too sure of the area have a ride around yourself for a few hours, it makes all the difference.

You've enough to remember when you do your test so already knowing the speed limits, stop signs, unmarked crossroads and roundabouts gives a good confidence boost.

So in training you are allowed on the road with the trainer around the course before the test Surprised I thought you had to stay in the tiny carpark Smile

If so very kool!

Good luck mate Wink
