Hi all i own an rs 125 and my rev needle keeps sticking , it just randomly does it throughout the rev range no certain place just random.

example... I get it to about 7thou rpm shift up and it still stays there then i shift down and it still stays there then i shift down again and it unsticks , sometimes it just unsticks its self .

But what is causing it to stick?

Cheers
Marc

Break and make all the electrical connections, and make sure they all work properly. My tacho went fubar, presumably as the result of dodgy electrics; if I'd checked them in good time, it wouldn't have gone around the clock.

I'm not saying that'll work, but it'll rule it out.
