Shifting bolts

Hey.

am trying to get the 2 fork bolts of the top of the forks. the left one undoes fine. But i cannot fo the life of me get the right on off.

i have...
used an impact driver
used a 19mm socket
used a 19mm ring spanner, with a spanner extension (extra pulling power)

any other ideas to shift this bolt?

Try using a mate to hold the bike steady and keep at it with the extension bar.

Maybe a squirt of WD40 will help.
Just make sure you don't round anything off.
