Right, Ive just got home from a 15 minute ride home at night after a quick game of indoor soccer. From the moment I hopped on the bike and rode out of the garage to head home I felt as though I just wasnt in the zone for some reason. I was fuckin up gear changes, bumped the horn Embarassed and taking corners like I hadnt ever ridden before.
Made the whole ride home just miserable. Felt like I was an accident just waiting to happen.
Get this in the car now and then but on a bike you just feel that much more vulnerable when it happens.

Just me ??

I wouldn't make a big deal of it. Everyone has the occasional off day. We're just human, it happens. As long as it's not a frequent event just shrug it off.

Not quite to the same degree but I do sometimes feel a bit fuzzy or numb to my surroundings and as if my reactions times aren't quite normal.
It's generally after a long hard day.

Oxygen starvation from running about...... Makes you feel dizzy or slightly unbalanced.
Used to do it regulary when i'd been scrapping at work, come to drive the van to find i was all out of synch, adrenalin could also be a cause.

Yep, happens to everybody - tiredness, coming down with a virus, stress, cold etc.

You just notice it on a bike - in a car, you can just drift along half-concentrating.

Which is one reason drivers don't see bikes.

You might want to have your blood pressure checked out, and like said above, have 10 minutes sat before riding off, to let your body calm down and get back into normal mode.

I get like this sometimes when i've been swimming.
