Since i have gotten my new exhaust a remus grand prix can, when i take it to about 14,000 rpm (red zone) flames come out of the exhaust, have only done it in neutral and they are pretty small, but is this bad?

No, from experience no damage just unburnt fuel burning off hot exhaust i think. Or have you fitted jacks idea of the purge kit (damn beat me 2 it) Might mean its running rich but im no expert.
