not bad.

but when i designed one for a mate i used a vertical flip, by using a motor on each end of the reg plate that flip it over... worked quicker and cannot view the reg plate while it's spinning

I think its fantastic!
You could use it on a big no. plate as well, so u don't get pulled over in the first place for using a small no. plate

If a speed camera cannot see ur no. plate, does that mean there is simple no way they can fine you, even if they match the colours of ur bike up, ect prefectly?

distinctive features, think as well. but if you don't get pulled for an illiegal umber plate, you would get pulled for a motorised one/ not displaying one

made it myself, it's one of them cordless drills that twists in half, but disconnect the 2 halfs, batterys under the seat (rechargeable) and the other half is mounted underneath the pillion seat.

number plate is mounted on a large allen key then araldited into the end of the drill to stop it coming out.

as for the switch u just take it out the drill and extend the wires by about a metre n half and then mount it by your bars.

A paintball would be my ideal weapon against cagers, coat their windscreen Twisted Evil

License plate is a damn good idea though, speed cameras take peoples' attention off the roads and onto speedos - i'd rather be observing whatever the hell im riding into that a poxy red needle.

You should be fine so long as pc plod doesn't see it revolving.

your stuffed if the battery fails or goes flat without realising it and you think it's flipped when it itsn't.

I'm not sure about it because the cameras that get you are the one's you dont see or know about so this will be useless for those cameras. Not sure I would want to risk purposely flicking it then going through them at speed. If your caught in your local area enough on the cameras they could put you onto a list for piggies to look out for maybe? Done for if they check it out then and find it's motorised and match your bike / leather colours up.

You need to have something on the other side too for cutting up people that annoy you and flick it round saying something on their.

Its a cool little gadget, can you not get numberplates that u shine a light on and they blank out, like when your flashed?

There was a story in the paper down here on the isle of wight, a guy on a cbr 1000 did a wheelie through a speed camera, got flashed. Thought sweet got away with that, looked behind him and to his supprise there was a police car behind him. So he had just wheelied through a speed camera while speeding, and not in control of his bike.

Cant remember his punishment though.

Thumbs Up
