plenty of fuel don't worry about it ,yeah right 2 local 24 hour esso with signs saying "NO FUEL" !
They blame this on panic buying but a car/bike can only hold so much fuel !

I was speaking to some friends earlier, and it's actually appears to be the media hype around the protests have caused more problems than the protests have caused.

Just a couple of questions, what do these people do all day that they can queue up for fuel? If they ain't working why are they so desperate to fill up?

Bikes got a full tank but thats only 120ish miles for a 50 mile round trip and I pick up my new car tomorrow so I have to live with what its got in it,hoping I get home. No other problem really since one of the farms up here sells 'legal' diesel.

It is because of these d1ck heads.

Cars only hold so much, yes but people don't normally fill there tanks like bikers do.

Plus these d1ck heads are filling Jerry cans too.

People are getting 2 - 3 weeks petrol (if not more) at one time. Hence the pumps going dry.

Think about it.

No shortage of fuel around here as far as I can see. Thumbs Up Plenty of tankers on the Mway around Manchester earlier on too.

It was also announced on the radio at teatime that prices are expected to drop by up to 4p a litre in the next 3-4 days as world supplies start to get back on track.

Looks like the lemmings will be driving around on their more expensive stuff for a while yet then eh, leaving us sensible people who still only buy fuel as & when we need it to reap the rewards of the lower prices.

Shame. Razz Muppets.

Praying Oh please, just stop the prices going up! Then I might manage to save a bit on petrol and get the car MOTd!!! Laughing

I completely forgot the protests were today, it doesn't seem to be having a radical effect yet..

my local garages are out of petrol yet u can see the refinery from my house Confused ah well ill just send my mate in there if i need any.

Then they REALLY need to have a full tank in case their boss... I mean in case they must travel... I mean.... Don't they sell the news of the world within walking distance???

filled up last night at my nearest station no problem..

rode past the next closest too.. no queues, and planty of fuel.

the media hype is to blame for what shortages there are..

you know what's next tho...

front page news, and headline stories on the TV..

I found it quite comical yesterday, early on most of the stations were shut having no petrol.

A few hours later, I passed the same stations and they were trading as usual, must have gotten deliveries.

So much for the protests eh? Rolling Eyes
