Phoar, stunner.

Is that a custom exhaust, or do they come like that as standard? Hugs the cowl like nothing else!

Is it brand new ?

not exactly... It was pre registered at the local honda dealer, so I got it for 3900, new condition with 0 miles... saved 1400 on new! too good to pass up!

so obviously I haven't got much cash left for mods, but some R&G crash mushrooms will be going on as soon as possible, then in a while maybe some braided hoses as other owners seem to say they make a difference. I'm also going to invest in some of the oxford first time panniers that are going cheap at the moment, lots of camping trips and weekend touring planned Smile

I'm unbelievably chuffed with the bike. The power, handling and general riding experience is a completely different world to the knackered 10 yr old GS500 I had before. Despite having twice the power of the GS it really doesnt feel threatening, its so easy to ride and the powers so smooth its really usable. I love the way it handles on the big fat fireblade rear tyre Very Happy

more pics soon Smile

I'm interested in how often you use your choke?
on the hornet 600?

Do you have problems starting it cold without the choke on a warm day?

so far I find it needs the choke to start for the first time each day.... but if I used it in the morning then later the same day it starts fine without it.
