Been talked about on here before.

Basically, you need too much weight in batteries to make it worth while on a bike. Just get NOS instead Smile.

I looked into this before, I came to the conclusion that it'd probably be more of a hinderance than a help (as you've got a something that cannot spin fast enough to assist with airflow).

If your looking at doing something, you may be better off seeing if you can get hold of a turbo charger, some insuarance companies are accepting them as fuel economy devices Laughing

These devices are a complete con. You'd get more of a performance gain by taking a dump before you ride.

On the grounds of physics.

Read up on air intake systems and you will see why they don't work.

Sounds like the fan would be too slow at high speeds, hindering airflow. A ram air manifold would probably be better value for your wedge.
