It's 8pm on a Sunday night, you're not going to find any who are open now. Laughing

At 8.15pm on a Sunday?

I think your only chance might be a companies online quote and pay on a credit/debit card. However, online quotes can tend to be expensive, and you don't get the chance to haggle and play one company off another.

Is there absolutely no way you can wait 12hrs and get it first thing tomorow morning?

None via phone almost definitely, but there's compfused.com for lots of companies..

..or you could wait until morning and do some phoning, which I'd recommend anyway.

I'd consider the eBike one fairly good, considering you picked up an offence.

Spect so, but does it really matter? You won't be riding until tomorrow anyway, will you?

And although I think the ebike one is a good quote, if you use that as a starting point and spend a couple of hours in the morning phoning round, there's a good chance you could knock £50-£100 off that. Do you think it is worth it?
