There's a few interesting ones about these days:

The good old fashioned long side mounted ones. Nothing nicer than a GSXR K model with a nice shiney Yoshi can going past!

Underseat: I'm not keen on these as they look to pretty, more about posing value than practicality im my humble opinion.

And the new under-the-engine ones: I think these are really good, can't see why they getting so many poor responses. They surely cut down on weight and possibly help the cornering of the bike? I'm guessing this from what I know about Beulls. I think they look pretty good to, definitely a grower!

So there's what I think, what about you guys?

The use of underbike exhausts is a pretty neat idea, keeps the weight in the centre of the bike - however you do lose an amount of tart factor. To the untrained eye at least.

Underseat exhausts don't do much for me - with exceptions like MVs 4 pipe effort and the fitted micron can for the CBR which was posted earlier.

My favourite would have to be a pair of high level exhausts either side of the bike (not stacked aprillia style), either using long shiny cans or short stubby cans, I want to be able to see the bit that will fail my MOT for me Razz

Underbikes have some serious potential for race replica looks, can't wait till them make a nice one.

Underseats are nice but you can't beat a twin stack!

Yummy!

Most underseat exhausts look completely shit, in my opinion. What's the point of having a sharp, thin tail unit and then having this great lump of exhaust sprouting out the middle of it?

Underbike has potential to be much better looking, most underseats only get pretty when a whole lot of cash is spent on them.

Personally, I prefer just a nice can to the right/left of the bike, old school style. Thumbs Up

Some underseat cans dont look too bad, but I wouldnt favour one over a normal exhaust.

Depends on the bike.

Big V-Twin doesn't look right without race cans on either side.

Sportsbikes look better imo with the new "gp style" exhausts.

Off road/Supermoto exhaust look best where they always are.

More tame things like Bandits would suit the normal side of the bike style exhausts.

My opinion of course. Mr. Green

Very Happy I take it you're not familiar with the products of a company called Buell then Question Wink

Having said that IMO the new Kawasaki ER-6 looks good.
