I fitted it again and rain got in it again and after it arms i couldnt dissarm it and it started going off after about 30 seconds .

I ring up the company they tell me to do some things with the key thob to get it working , so i do it works , but it still goes offf when i arm it .

Im just pissed of now it cost alot of money and its taking the piss any advice to what i could do?

I'm having similar problems with my Datatool alarm, looks like I might have to spalsh out and take it to a dealer.

I have the same alarm, I had a problem with it a few months back, the battery leaked inside the unit and it turned on the immobiliser every 30 seconds. They were very helpful and got me sorted out.
How is water getting into it, where is it on your bike ?

I think its on the bracket at the bottom of bike which holds the radiator on , its like a little metal frame and its on there.
