Buy a map & go exploring. Theres more to biking than just going where averyone else goes.

Seconded! rivington barn is a nice place - quite a few leaves on the road though, so can't imagine the asphalt to be too grippy.

lincolnshire is nice - i am a lorry driver and i love it up there - miles of open roads and countryside and brilliant roads - i love the trip up the A46 then down the A15 and across the A52 through grantham and back - very nice and great roads

the A15 is a Red Route - always people killed there - not necessarily bikes either - there is a few signs saying how many people were killed in the past month - scary really

might just be people out after going to the pub and smashing up their car after???
