I'm really gutted that I can't make it to korn's MX day, so I wanna know if any of you guys in the southwest would be up for a trailey/mx day?

Anyone know of any tracks in somerset/bristol area?

If I get enough interest, i'll get something organised.

lemme know if you're up for it Thumbs Up.

yo homie ---muscliff !!!!

YEP ! it wont be to long until my old xl250 will be up and running (i hope)

If you wish to come along. I will be making a little trip to the biggest legal green lane in the country (Salisbury Plain)
Shocked
Most of the routes will be gravel tracks so supermoto wheels /tyres>use wets) will be fine.

Will be meeting @Amesbury> not to far from Bristol ???

A couple of the leaders have been riding the plain for years so a noob like me may need to take the novice route.

I will stick up a post as soon as its all sorted ( I will be taking a large van so you can leave all your gear )

awsome!

I'm on a 125 trailey, so any kind of distance isn't really practical. When abouts would it be? And can I get to Amesbury via A/B roads?

Amesbury is a doddle to get to from Bristol (even on a 125 Very Happy )

Use AA routefinder, Possibly about 1- 2 hours ride (no motorway required>
Early start required, The ride wil be about 40 miles across the plain.

It will be on a Sunday, dunno which one yet as the bike is not finished yet.
I have also got a few lads from another forum coming to play so it should be fun Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Just bought this old tool, 95% complete, should do the job! (and it was bloody cheap!!!!!!)

£460 !!!! but it needs a little work to finish ! I hope to get finished today (e-bay bargain)
She has been totally re-built and came with a spare engine Thumbs Up

I hope to also take this little bike across France/Europe next year, Mad !!! Yep Very Happy 24bhp single . 18 years old Rolling Eyes

I have really gotten into old(er) bikes of late, I have had enough of superbikes/race bikes..

Insured as a classic, fully comp £89.00 , 50mpg , spares easily available.
The main reason for wanting a green lane basher is to get some much needed exercise as I have put on FAR to much weight Rolling Eyes .

Should be more fun than a gym ( Crying or Very sad ) and less expensive Thumbs Up
