Hey guys, got a little problem with the handlebars.
I have a Gilera DNA, and i think the handlebars are very low.
the big goal is to make wheelies with it. - totalt - impossible to do it for the moment. =( if you dont buy 70 cc or something..
I just gotta have my arms higher...
So, i saw this on scooter-attack ->

How do you assemble and put together with the rest of the fork on the bike?
Even found this picture ->

Is that the same handlebars as it is on scooter-attack?
Couse the standar Handlebars really suck, after 1 hours of riding the bike my back really hurts.

The newer DNA50 comes with one piece handle bars as standard.

To fit them to an older on you need the top yokes off a newer one. Smile

the DNA has the holderd for new bars correct? so all you do is undo the bars, weld on the bracket for the brakes and fit them?

if you have an older dna (i take you got a 125 version as ull never be able to do it with a 50) the bars are 2 piece so i doubt you will be able to put a 1 piece on (although i bet some of the nuts on here would say its do-able and would probably do it for you) also if that riding positions hurting your back then god help you when you want any other bike (unless its a tourer or cruiser or something) because nearly all race/sports bikes are right forward compared to the DNA Twisted Evil to be honest i wouldnt even bother with modifying the dna just get a bigger bike, would probably work out cheaper in the long run too if you dont plan on keeping the bike for about 100 years Laughing

im sure you could get the 180cc version to kick up a bit, if it was modified a little mabe... owell im not even gonna try it (ok mabe once or twice if i feel confident enough that i wont bin the bike Laughing ) but for all that kinda stuff im gonna wait till i get a 600 or 750 Twisted Evil and mabe flip myself in the process

I have seen some standard DNA 50's wheelie like they are a Bandit 1200, it's just a knack balancing the throttle, rear brake and your body weight at the same time.

But saying that, I couldn't wheelie one for shit.
