Until recently, our local bike meet/car cruise place was infested with peds, about 15 of them, driving stupidly running people over, going round corners trying to scrape the soles of their trainers and having their feet on the passenger pegs on the scooters...

...Seems that a little birdie (not me) has successfully had an ASBO/CURFEW type thing served, that precludes ANY pedboi under 18 from staying on the hill after a certain time!!! Laughing Laughing Thumbs Up

I'm sorta half finding it fantastic that he's managed to get pedboys banned, but sorta half finding it sickening that he's managed to get 15 people banned from frequenting the place just because he felt like it.

Bikes and cars next?

Still, at least now i don't have to listen to "neeeeeeeeeeeeeep" anymore.
Bloody Pedders, I'll carry on pwning them even more on the RS Smile.

c'mon thats tight, I'm sure some of the ped boys are actually decent, and are proper pissed off that they've been banned cos of someone elses actions. Its like at school when the whole class gets an extra essay as homework because a couple of people were fucking about.

Hi

Mmm, can see why someone would object to them (as you describe them), but find such blanket bans rather nasty. Penalties without trial and without any right of appeal.

Pity the poor Pizza delivery rider who has to go up there.

so its it people who are under 18 and ride scooters or people who are under 18 and dont have a full license? Or what? If you were 17 on a 400 would that mean you are banned?

Crock of shít

It's completely unenforcable for several reasons.

1. As the recent test case down in Twickenham proved it is an infringement of human rights.

2. ASBO's have to be served on the NAMED person/people otherwise how is one to know the order exists.

Can't be bothered to continue listing reasons, sure you get the idea.
