I think this has been discussed before but i could not find an exact answer, my brother needs a new rear tyre on his bike before he can ride it (passed his DAS yesterday) at the mo its got a BT10 on the pront and a shagged pirelli diablo. He and I were thinking a BT45 on the rear, as i have that and can't complain at all. so would be

BT45 rear
BT10 front

is this ok?

no that would be illegal.

Its illegal to have a radial(BT010) on the front and a crossply (the BT45) on the rear.

If you need a cheap radial, get an Avaon Azaro.
