Got vixichick's NS125 working now - it's idling nicely (thanks to all who posted and sent PM's - the advice helped greatly!) - and even went as far as passing its' MOT today Smile.

Still got a bit of a rattle from the top-end. When I sent the crank away to have the new conrod kit fitted - I got it back with with a top-end bearing rubber-banded into the top of the conrod. Does anyone know if the conrod kit includes a new top-end bearing - or is this just the old one sent back again? Just trying to get to the bottom of the possible cause of the rattle - as the bike is running a little rough at low revs and reckon this and the rattle could be related.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Sy.

Varies by kit. Ask the company that did the work.
