Apply maximal force of the steel toecapped boot to said sons arse whilst shouting the mantra "fucking get your arse down to waterstones and buy the sodding book, you cheapskate muppet!" Smile

You can get em for about £3 from ebay (same as tzr) but its only for the pre-2000 ones i think
