Only learnt to do it last night (when I say learnt, I mean, had the guts to do it :p ) practiced it a bit today then went and got some video.. still needs lots of practice!! But it's great fun.. left knee on seat, standing up... hurts my knee well bad but the bike feels a bit more controllable once you get used to clutching it in that standing position...

You got windows XP?

Just open Windows Movie Maker 2 and play the required vid.. pause it on the shot you want and click the little camera icon below the video bit...

OR you can do it in Sony Vegas 5 but I doubt you have that software.
