Hi my tax is due on my bike by the end of this month but i have recently moved and so my log book and insurance is still in my old address,i dont want to chance it by sending the log book of and not getting it back in time so could i still take my log book and insurance in to the post office and get the tax?they both have matching address.

You don't need a V5 to tax your bike.
You take along the mot, insurance and the renewal form.
