milage question

can a 1997 gsxr 600 come with kph instead of mph

im askins because i seen one advertised he is saying its got 38000 km and i dont want to buy if it turns out to be miles

thank need answers asap

a lot of bikes with a digital read out allow you to switch between mph and kmh by some button sequence, you could do it on the TT600 I had and the R6

but im not sure if it changes the total distance done, dont think so

It will change the distace, no point reading in mph if it shows total distance covered in km. A 97 SRAD will not be digital anyway.
