does any1 know how to ujust the damping affect on the nsr125rk as i was told it was too bouncy wen i took it in 4 a mot so it failed???

They should be able to tell you if you call them up.
I’m sure it is a case of more dampening fluid in the shocks so it doesn’t go down so far.

sounds like you need a new shock if it has not been adjusted then the fluid has leaked and now theres nothing to stop it bouncing

If it's the rear, there's little you can do bar replace the shock.

If it's the front, more and stiffer fork oil may help.
Preferably clean it all out, get the internals out and check it over to see if anything's dodgy.

Incidentally, it's common courtesy to put a useful thread title - as most people are wanting help that post in here.

ye its the rear the front has just been rebuilt after changing the fork seals so is there no way of sorting it then

I've just bought a rear shock on eBay for a fiver, so try looking there first Thumbs Up A new Betor shock will cost about £100.
