Just a general question really, wondering what movie making software you peeps are using.
Just managed to get my mitts on a digi8 camcorder and a firewire laptop card, and the software packaged with the card is ok i suppose, and does it's job, but it got me wondering what else is out there, which ones have best features, which will burn vcd, as I don't have a dvd writing drive, ease of use etc.......

Currently the cream of the crop are either Adobe Premiere 1.5 or Sony Vegas 6.
Probably not suitable for someone wanting ease of use, but they would probably give the best results.
I just got hold of a cam also, shame the summer is over though.
Atleast when I bin it I'll have a vid of it.  |
