DT125's aren't nearly as tall as some (like the MZ Baggy ) I'm 6' and I can easily get both feet down quite comfortably on one. Your best bet is to get to a dealer with one and try sitting on it. The suspension sags if you've any weight, and they're really quite narrow, so the saddle height itself isn't a true reflection of it's height (if that makes sense).
You do only need one foot down at once in 99% of situations. All you need is a little more planning and foresight about where to park and where to put your foot down (i.e. not in the gravel or in the pothole). ____________________ I must not be a troll...

I know you can lower ride heights on bikes, but could you on a DT? You could do this is it is possible, and you were having trouble. If you can get 1 foot down but not 2, it shouldn't present a huge problem, but you could lose your balance quite easily when stopped, so watch out. |

It really depends on what year it was anyways. Im pretty sure this years model is bigger! I sat on one in the shop (and im 6"2' and i could just put both my feet down. I wouldent REALLY recommend such a tall bike to a person sized like yerself. Just my 2p ____________________ Will work for petrol

They are one of the best bikes in the world for all-round goodness, so don't be put off by the dodgy one. |
