metal insert

Help, my seat on my 98 gsxr 600 screws into a insert that sits in the frame. These are now stripped. What are they called and where can i get some. Iv tried looking them up on the tinternet but just dont seem to be able to find them.

The inserts are called Rivnuts and are available in different sizes, they are installed using a pop rivet style of tool. try this ebay tool....380 264 809 960, ebay also has loads of listings for the actual Rivnuts.
