Hi guys. Anyone whos applied for a provisional lately know how long they take to come through? used the post office check and send a week back so hoping not too long! And is there a service where u can pay to fasttrack them?

I think they say upto 4 weeks but mine cam within 10 days. iT will come dont worry. Thumbs Up

mine came within a week, but i notcied if you are 17 it takes 3 to 4 weeks for some reason. ring them. mine oko a bit longer as the price went up and theydidnt notify people so i had to gather yet more cash.

Mine took less than two weeks. They're generally pretty efficient unless they are asked to do something which even remotely different, at which point they stick their thumbs up their arses and be generally useless and obtuse.

Mine took 17 days, they (the DVLA) don't exectly bust their butts in sending it.

Well mine took 4 days. I sent my birth certificate and a colour photocopy of my passport.

Remember thou:

To get processed.
Details to be verified.
Money to be cleared.

I think the slowest part of it is the 'Royal Mail' getting of their asses not the DVLA.
