So £1.19/litre if you are talking about US$.

roughly. it's about 0.9£ per litre. or 10 to 12 NOK
and the americans is complaining about 2$/gallon. norway has as much oil as the us, but the government is taking huge taxes on it. and the one time toll for cars is 100%.
