My sidi rain boots started leaking i think its leaking water near where the hardened gear change bit is. Is there anything i can put on to make them more water proof.?

I haven't found a boot yet that doesn't leak after a while and I don't think there's a lot you can do about it.
If it's raining I stick my feet in plastic bags before putting the boots on (keeps your feet nice and toasty too).

I've got a pair of Vertebrae 2's (I think that's what they are) and I've been riding home in torrential rain before and they haven't leaked at all. As Moggy said, if it's really, really bad and you've got a long ride plastic bags are a good idea.

even tho the sidi boots are lorica and not leather, I still use boot wax on them (Nikwax) as it helps waterproof them, especially where they flex a lot..

I rode my bike in bad rain the other day, with my trainers on Shocked

I got to work and realised that I didn't have my boots on Rolling Eyes
I squelched all day

Sometimes I am a retard
