t-cut probably won't work... not unless yo're cutting DEEP into the plastic.
t-cut works by taking a thin layer off the surface.. the colour fades from plastics much deeper than just a thin layer as it's caused by UV penetrating the plastics.
there's not really a quick and easy way of restoring plastic colouring that I know of.
