I'd store the bike somewhere safe and get the train.

I've heard bad storys about airport parking. Apparantly some of the attendants have been suspected of tipping off theifs about nice cars/bikes.

I did a day's work at a customer site in NI a couple of years ago.

There's free bike parking under a ramp between terminal 1 and 2; I took a big lock, forget if there was anything to lock it to.

I left my bike kit (was suited and booted for the customer!) in a storage place; there were signs to it, but it was in a basement bit somewhere in terminal one, probably one in each terminal.

Dont know anything about the parking there as I live in the midlands - but i would have to agree with SpannerMonkey. Put it in a friends garage who doesn't have a bike and isnt going on holiday so they can look after your pride and joy for you.

I know its the wrong airport but when travelling on business from Manchester I use skypark secure parking, never had a problem, and leave my stuff at lost property, think it cost about a fiver.
