Removable bafflers

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a removable baffler for a Sporpion can? When I took my TT600 into my local performance centre a few months ago - they said that the baffler was causing a very bad midrange flat spot. They said that without getting a Power Commander, the only cheap way of removing the flat spot was to remove the baffler. It was too loud without the baffler though - so they suggested drilling a few holes in the removable baffler. They did this, and this did actually remove the flat spot. The problem is that it does sound a bit like it's blowing. I'm thinking about changing the exhaust and getting a power commander at somepoint soon. I want to sell my Scorpion exhaust, but won't be able to sell it with holes drilled in the baffler. Is it possible to get just the baffler?

So, it was sold with a removeable baffle, yes?

On some cans, you have to drill out the weld and then fit a screw to keep it in place.

You can buy generic baffles from ebay but I can't guarantee they will fit a scorpion can.

The can has a removable baffler on it (it comes with the can - it's designed that way from factory). It just screws in. Obviously when selling the can, I can't sell it when the baffler has holes in it. So I want to buy just the baffler itself. Just wondering if it's possible to do this. I guess the best way to find out is to contact Scorpion themselves. I'll probably do that sometime this week.

Yeah, definetely the best way to do it is to contact scorpion or a distributor of their products.

Fitting a generic one is a bit hit and miss and it most likely won't do the job.

Extremely surprised they even touched the baffles though!!!!
