Obscure bulbs... again.

Has anyone any idea where can I get my hands on a B35mm 12V 35/35W(OSRAM 7327) BA20d PHILIPS 12728 headlamp bulb? Even somewhere overseas selling them would be better than nothing.

A standard bosch fitting (BA20d) 35/35 fits the terminals but doesn't fit the socket properly (the metal section is too short so the lugs don't secure properly), leading me to have to do the past two journies home in the dark after it had fallen out the first time and blown both filaments the second.

I'm starting to think it might almost be easier to get a whole new headlamp.

Edit: a brainwave just struck me: if I chamfer the inside edge of the socket, it should make it possible to push the bulb in further and hence get the lugs secure.

Is it possible to replace the holder in the headlamp? then the Bosch bulbs would fit proper. You should be able to find one at a scrapyard/breaker or whatever.
