I agree, my mate bought one brand new last year, he stuck on exhaust on it, carbs and changed the gearing, it was still the same as my stock Varadero 125, maybe picked up a bit faster but in general the same. When he sold it he got 750 for it, not worth it. He lost well over a grand on that bike in depreciation and the parts.
