Anyone ever used one of these? Any different to the original one? (I need to replace the exhaust).

I personally would buy a genuine Honda exhaust, Motads are not well made, only have a single skin so when you start the bike up the down pipe will turn blue. Motad is just a cheap replacement for people to tight fisted to buy original parts.

Had Motads on most of my recent bikes, they last well and are well made in my opinion.

Just as good, if not better than some OE Exhausts on some bikes!

The difference will be bretty insignificant (and unlikely to be good different)

Yeh honda original parts for the cg are silly cheap (perhaps they are produced in rediculous numbers throughout the world?), £30 for my 79cg... have a look on david silver spares..

Why do you need to replace it btw? theres a good chance even fairly hefty holes could be repaired..

Shocked Shocked Shocked

HELLS BELLS!

When replacing my CB250 exhaust system I got a quote on a Motad system just to compare the price of an original set. The cost Motad was only a few quid cheaper so I shelled out the extra for the original.
