Spyke jackets

Anyone ever used one? My brothers just bought one, and he's not using it until he gets the bike up and running. he's bought a Spyke Typhoon, and it looks really well made, has serious armour in the shoulders and elbows not that crap "ce approved" foam most seem to have.

I need a longer waterproof jacket than i have at the moment, and i was thinking of getting the same one, its £115 which i dont think is too bad either, but i wanted to know if they are a good make or what?

ive got a spyke 2pc set of leathers and have done 5000 miles this summer in them and a trackday, absolutley love them, also have spyke gloves and they are very very good - recomended

Have a textile spyke jacket and agree on the armour. Have had it about 6 months and have had no issues.
Good styling and a comfortable fit as well.
Must admit the only downside is there is f*&$ all on the net that I can find on this brand of jacket though.
Have a set of gloves as well and again well made with no problems.
Oh as for being weather proof, yeah no probs. Have been out in the pissing down rain and managed to stay nice and dry.

Yes i have looked on there, the model i want to get and my brothers got is not listed, its a spyke typhoon, looks really well made, and has titanium inserts in the shoulders and elbows/forearms which is handy to know
