i use 'muffs' which fit over the handlebar and you wear normal gloves on underneath

totally waterproof and keeps the cold wind off too

if you dont like muffs, hein gerick do overmits too. big mittens that go over your normal gloves rather than over the controls

not so conspicuous, not so good and mine have ripped open but they are better than just wearing normal gloves

i have to admit i havnt tried my muffs on my sportsbikes yet but i shd really

On the way to the NEC this year i got some extra large latex gloves from my local spares place and put them over my normal gloves, it might look stupid but they kept my hands/gloves dry and kept them a little warmer.
